Terms & Conditions:
- Invoices will be raised on the 1st of each month (or next working day) for the previous month’s performance activity
- Invoicing is carried out through Xero & reminders will be sent daily for delayed invoices
- Invoices can be paid online and through a variety of payment methods
- An admin charge of £10 per day will be added to the following month’s invoices for late payment
- Acquire will charge a minimum fee per month per program should our commission owed fall below this amount.
- All Contracts will auto-renew unless stated otherwise/notice is given as per the IO/if not stated, it’s 90 days.
- Acquire Performance Marketing Ltd. trading as Acquire shall not be liable for incidental, special or consequential damages arising from any cause
- Unless otherwise agreed Acquire will bill from its own adserver numbers
- Credit Terms are subject to change, dependent upon satisfactory credit checks being conducted by Acquire
- Charges accrued by the client owing to late delivery of creative or any other delays will not be covered by Acquire & will be passed onto the client in full
